Over-expression of Hos2p results in growth inhibition and in phenotypic defects related to morphogenesis and/or cytokinesis. (A) Strains expressing hos2 from the nmt1/41/81 series of promoters were streaked to EMM media in the presence (repressed) or absence (de-repressed) of thiamine and incubated at 30°C for two days.
