B) Histograms showing the presence of high number of aneuploid metaphases (mainly hypodiploid) in IMR90-siDNMT1/p53 and -siDNMT1/p14ARF cells at 72 h in comparison to control cells. IMR90 -sip53 and -sip14ARF cells were used as a negative control.
