  1. A summary of cell size mutants, grouped together under logarithmic and saturated conditions, is shown. Data includes the gene, open reading frame (ORF) of the gene, mean cell size in femtoliters (fL), budding index values, cell cycle distribution in logarithmic phase obtained by FACS, human homolog, E-values and cellular function associated with each gene. Statistical differences in mean cell size values were calculated using unpaired t-test (**p<0.0001, *p<0.05). # All genetic strains are homozygous diploids except for rpl16bΔ which is a heterozygous diploid. Thus, rpl16bΔ is a haploinsufficient cell size mutant. Note that YJR114W is a dubious ORF.
