Nipbl is expressed in mouse spermatocytes. (A) Western blotting assays on total protein extracts from whole mouse testis (Tes) and mouse pre-B cell line (B3) [22] using antibodies against Nipbl. Anti-Lamin B1 was used as a loading control for each blot.
