Competition between E2Fs and CDH1 for pRB binding. Purified GST-RBLP or an -RBLPG mutant was incubated with constant levels of myc-CDH1, and increasing quantities of HA-tagged E2F3/DP1 from transfected lysates. GST-pulldowns were performed and associated levels of myc-CDH1 and HA-E2F3/DP1 were determined by western blotting. Western blots using anti-pRB antibodies show the levels of GST-RBLP proteins precipitated in each experiment
