G2M DNA damage checkpoint of PTIP RNAi cells. A HeLa Tet-on cells were treated with mock or PTIP RNAi for 24 h and DNA damages were induced by etoposide for 24 h. Then, cells were treated with nocodazole for 5 h and fixed for IF. Mitotic cells were counted from DNA images containing about 1000 cells. Statistics of three independent experiments was shown. P-value was calculated by student T test, paired, two tailed. B HeLa Tet-on cells were treated with mock or PTIP RNAi for 24 h and DNA damages were induced by etoposide for 24 h. Then, cells were treated with nocodazole for 5 h. Total lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE and processed for western blot
