Nuclei morphological changes during PTO and DDPT-induced apoptosis in tumor cells detected by Hoechst 33258 staining. Tumor cells treated with PTO and DDPT (20 μ M) were stained by Hoechst 33258 and observed under fluorescence microscopy. For PC3 cells group, A: negative control (without treatment); D: positive control, treated with HCPT (20 μ M) for 24 h; B and C: treated with PTO (20 μ M) for 24, 48 h; E and F: treated with DDPT (20 μ M) for 24, 48 h, respectively.
