Proliferating NIH3T3 cells were fixed and co-stained with anti-KBTBD8 and anti- α-Tubulin antibodies. KBTBD8 seems to be released from the Golgi stackles with the onset of mitosis and co-localizes with α-Tubulin even though the fibres of the spindle apparatus are not so obvious.Back to article page
