Branch length corresponds to the estimated evolutionary distance between protein sequences. The protein sequence homology is shown in blocks on the right. Tree was constructed using the Alignment Analyzer from the Sol Genomics Network [137]. These observations suggest that the ancestral Rb family gene was closer to p107 or p130 than to Rb itself.
