Smurf2 is upregulated in human breast cancer cell lines. (A) Smurf2 was found to be specifically upregulated in MDA-MB-231 cell line compared to other breast cancer cell lines. An untransformed immortalized cell line, MCF-10A was used as the control. β-actin was used to verify equal gel loading.
