Septin marks the presence of an ICB. M-cells were isolated and either re-plated on fibronectin-coated dishes (adhesion) or non-adhesive dishes (suspension) for the indicated time points. Representative immunofluorescence images illustrating the localization of septin-7 (green) and anillin (red) in the adhesion and suspension conditions in a BJ cells, c BJ-LT cells, and e BJ-LT-Ras cells.
